CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to prepare you for anything life throws your way. Through constantly varied workouts, we combine functional movements like lifting, running, rowing, and bodyweight training to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Every workout is coach-led and scalable, meaning it’s designed for all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced athletes.
You won’t do this alone. You’ll train alongside people who encourage you, push you, and celebrate every win—big or small.
HYROX
We’re excited to bring HYROX training to our community—a global fitness race designed for every body. Combining functional strength, endurance, and grit, HYROX is where structured training meets real competition.
Whether you're looking to compete or just train with purpose, our HYROX classes will help you build strength, improve conditioning, and push past limits in a supportive, high-energy environment.
No experience needed—just show up ready to work.
Classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30AM

FOUNDATIONS
Want to try CrossFit but not sure where to start? This is a great 4 session course to get acclimated to all of the terminology and movements of CrossFit. This course is recommended for those who have never attended a CrossFit class.

ORANGE BEACH TUMBLING
We are focused on allowing kids of all ages to be active and to have fun doing it. We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced tumbling classes for girls ages 5 and up. Training focuses on the fundamentals of tumbling, safety, and building a strong athletic foundation to confidently progress into learning more complex tumbling skills.
