• What is CrossFit?

    CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around constantly varied workouts that combine functional movements like lifting, running, rowing, and gymnastics. Every workout is designed to improve real-life fitness—so you’re stronger, faster, and more capable both inside and outside the gym.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

    Not at all. CrossFit is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout can be scaled to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience.

  • What does "scaling" mean?

    Scaling means adjusting the workout to match your current ability. That could mean modifying weight, reps, or movements so you can train safely while still getting a great workout.

  • What will my first class be like?

    Your first visit typically includes:

    • A warm welcome and introduction to the gym
    • Instruction on movements and equipment
    • A coached workout tailored to your level
  • How often should I come?

    Most members start with 3–4 days per week. As your fitness improves, you can adjust based on your goals and schedule.

  • Will CrossFit help me lose weight?

    Yes—combined with proper nutrition, CrossFit is highly effective for fat loss. The workouts are designed to burn calories, build muscle, and boost metabolism.

  • Do you offer beginner programs?

    Yes. We offer onboarding or "foundations" sessions to teach you the basics before jumping into full classes, so you feel confident from day one. We highly recommend scheduling foundations sessions if you're new to CrossFit. 

  • Can I try a class before joining?

    Absolutely! We offer free trial classes for our locals! You can try up to 2 classes before deciding to join our gym.
